Dr. Khurana has been my physician since 2010. He is very compassionate, patient and explains things very thoroughly. I appreciate his expertise and friendliness. I’ve had cervical and lumbar surgeries of which he explained all my options to me prior to my surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Khurana. Yes, it is sometimes a bit hard to get an appointment within the time frame that you may want, but he is just that good. His staff has always treated me kindly and with respect.

Dr. Khurana is a miracle worker and a gifted surgeon. He not only performed a 4.5 hour Extreme lateral interbody fusion surgery on my L4/L5, but was compassionate, answered all of my questions, helped to calm my fears. I probably waited too long to have the surgery because I was doing everything I could think of (PT, massage, epidurals, accupuncture, reiki) to avoid surgery. Since the surgery, I am no longer in pain and can work out at the gym, dance, do yoga, take step classes, hike in Joshua Tree on moderately difficult trails. I am not fully recovered, but am getting there. My spine loved the surgery, the rest of my body, not so much, but this is not because of Dr. Khurana. I have some unusual medical anomalies, that are presenting themselves. No spine surgeon will promise you that you will be 100% "fixed" and 100% out of pain because honestly they just can't completely predict for sure. I checked with 5 surgeons, and Dr. Khurana had the best bedside manner, and the most expertise for my particular situation. I am working to get to the point I was at physically before I was in pain. I am slowly getting there. I highly recommend Dr. Khurana!

Dr. Khurana rocks! He is truly amazing. Not only is he a gifted surgeon, he has an amazing bedside manner! He always takes his time with you and answers all of your questions. You never feel like he is rushing to get through your appointment. He is a conservative surgeon and only recommends surgery when absolutely necessary! He is without a doubt one of the best physicians I have come across in my 58 years of life! I would trust him with any procedure!

Dr. Khurana's office is well run and efficient. There's an immediate level of confidence you feel when you have your first appointment. Everyone is buttoned down.
Dr. Khurana explains things in plain English. His ability to explain things to the lay person is highly developed. I felt trust in his ability and competence in the consultation.
His office is good about answering any follow up questions you may have. His physician's assistants are very good.
