Dr Khurana was personable as usual...and upfront with what could and could not be done in my case...he is by far one of the good guys. Thanks to my Doctor for being so talented...my life of pain fron lower Lumbar Reconstruction was reduced immensely. He never promised full recovery as the collapse from injury was to extensive...but it's bearable and he continues to support after surgery solutions. Can't get any better than that....

I wanted to update remarks I made in a posta while back.
A few years ago Dr. Khurana performed a very successful sciatic surgery on me.
It eliminated all of my pain. Then on 06/01/2021 I was physically struck by a driver after parking & exiting my car. All the great work Dr. Khurana had done began to unravel, as the person had hit me in the same general area(and then some) after crossing the white parking separation lines. My back and chronic pain began to get worse and worse, & I finally had a surgery last Wednesday November 9th, 2022 at Dr. Khuranas 1st floor surgical suite. The surgery was an XLIF(XTREME LATERAL INTERBODY FUSION).
Once again I believe Dr. Khurana has worked his magic. It is now Sunday evening at 7:10p.m.& I am beginning to recover from the pain.
Accolades to his entire staff--from the pre-op persons like Nancy, Jasmine, Jessica, Bianka, and others, to the fantastic 2 nurses who attended to my every need--Jackie & Sandy.
The competency flows from the top down, and at Dr. Khuranas (laspineortho.com) surgical suite you can count on the friendliest, most professional and competent team of medical staff you could ever hope to have for your Orthopedic procedure. I cannot stress enough how appreciative I am for those who worked on and took care of me. Once again, they all deserve an A+ grade. Thank you Dr. Khurana...you an your entire staff are simply the best. As a side note, during my pre-op conversation with the Anethesiologist,(sorry, I forgot his name), he conveyed to me that if he was having the same procedure done as I was about to have, Dr. Khurana would be the only surgeon he would allow to perform it. That speaks for itself.

I initially interviewed multiple surgeons for my lower back issues and had selected someone else for my surgery. At the last minute a friend recommended Dr. Khurana. When I met him I immediately felt comfortable with him and knew he could do the job right. After he did my surgery I felt immediate relief, and have now been pain free for 3 years. I hike, bike and swim and do many of the things I hadn't been able to do for so long because of my pain. Dr. Khurana is very smart, caring and attentive. He thinks outside the box. His staff is is also very helpful and responsive. I never felt like I had been left in the dust. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Dr. Khurana performed my lower back surgery 15 years ago and I’m living proof that I’ve been living a pain free life since. Now I’m older I’m dealing with new issues/injuries in my neck. He’s patient, informative and not rushing me into surgery although that’s what I’ll probably end up doing. When it’s time I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it.

I find all the staff really helpful & friendly.
I feel comfortable coming into the offices.

I had been looking forward to my appointment wIth Dr Khurana for 3 weeks and had a great experience.
I knew my last provider wasn’t doing all they could to help me with my concerns but it took me a while to get out of that system. My intuition was 100% correct… as soon as I met Dr. Khurana I knew I was in safe hands. He gave me so much information on what was happening to my spine and what I can likely expect that even though I will need surgery I know I have found the right person to guide me through what lies ahead.

Dr. Khurana was attentive, proposed a couple of options, made suggestions. I came away with a good comfort level and am planning to have him perform a procedure for me.
